Privacy policy

SeaBridge Health, located at 15 Corporate Place South, Piscataway New Jersey, respects your right to privacy. Your ability to make informed choices about the uses of your information is important to us. This privacy policy details how we collect, use and store information and data that we receive (some of which as a controller and some of which as a processor). If you have any comments or questions about our privacy policies, please contact us at support@datasya.com.

SeaBridge Heatlh offers the SeaGreen mobile applications and cloud service, which provide a directory and platform for doctors to communicate and consult with other doctors and with patients by means of the SeaGreen doctor App (“SeaGreen”) and for patients to accept video calls from their doctors and communicate with them over video by means of the SeaGreen patient App (“SeaGreen Call”) (together with the SeaGreen, the “App/s”).

As used in this privacy policy, “Personal Information” means information that can be directly associated with a specific person or entity, such as a name, phone number, e-mail address and the like. The App/s collect certain information regarding the doctors, as well as certain information about the patient users.

Information We Collect or Process

We collect the data that you provide while registering to the service, and for doctor users when editing their SeaGreen profile. Doctor users provide their full name and current cell-phone number (which is validated with a random 6 digit verification passcode sent to the user), as well as supplementary data (some of which is optional) including their title, specialty and place/institution of employment. Patient users provide their current cell-phone number (which is validated with a random 6 digit verification passcode sent to the user).

When healthcare providers such as hospitals, practices, clinics and doctors (“Healthcare Providers”), use their call center services in conjunction with our App/s for initiating, conducting and documenting SeaGreen telehealth video calls, we receive information about the name of the patient, the patient phone number, a description of the complaint, the name of the doctor and the doctor's phone number. This data is retained by us for a limited time period. We note that, except in connection with the above described limited retention in connection with such call center services, doctors placing a call to a patient or another doctor by looking up their device address book may have their patient’s and/or the other doctor's name and other personal data, but this personal data is stored on their devices and although it might be displayed in our App/s we do not store it.

We also collect certain data in connection with the use of the App/s by doctor and/or patient users, such as data generated by you (and by other users) through the use of the App/s. Some data which is collected by us or provided by the doctor when using the App includes imagery, screen shots of digital imagery taken from screens or monitors at Healthcare Providers’ premises and facilities, images or videos captured during a telehealth session, photos taken when the patient visited the Healthcare Provider’s facility, text messages, annotations, synopses and/or video conversations. Please note that some data may also be captured when a doctor takes control over the capture parameters of the patient's or other doctor's camera during a video call conducted via our App/s.

Please note that shots (images or videos) saved by the doctor and stored by the App/s are linked to the doctor but are not linked to the patient on our systems (while storage on the doctor’s device may allow linkage to a patient by the doctor). Further, video calls conducted via the App/s are not recorded by us. All of the foregoing data is uploaded and/or stored by a doctor in a separate Medical Case container, which container is stored on our servers without the patient's name or full mobile number. Please do note that the doctor may give a title to the Medical Case container, which title could include the patient name or other details, but these details are stored on the doctors’ devices and not on our systems.
